Internal Audit IT – Intern
In this role I had the opportunity to expand my knowledge of IT controls and how they work to optimize businesses, specifically in the insurance industry. I completed various testing of IT controls to assess their compliance with JSOX regulations and assisted in finding control deficiencies during audits to deliver to the IT audit team. I also lead an intern project group focused on optimizing customer service through Microsoft CoPilot and delivered findings to company executives.
