Salesforce Intern
During my recent internship with Eigen X, I demonstrated strong teamwork skills by collaborating with colleagues across various departments, including Salesforce, Project Management, and Marketing, to achieve project goals. I assisted with both internal and client-facing data cleanup and migration efforts, which contributed to improved reporting and analytics. My role also involved collaborating with colleagues to set up client websites, evaluating and recommending Salesforce features, and helping design custom Salesforce solutions. Additionally, I led a summer-long MailChimp and Salesforce integration project, participated in Salesforce application development, and designed and published marketing content for Eigen X’s website, such as Squarespace pages, event announcements, blogs, and webinars. I was also responsible for designing email campaigns using MailChimp, collaborating on event promotion strategies with the marketing team, and utilizing Confluence and draw.io to update page layouts and enhance documentation for better communication.
