IT Intern at Compu-Star Computers
As an IT Intern I learned how to repair both software and hardware issues relating to both laptops and desktops. I aided the senior technician in diagnosing and repairing computers. In addition I was also responsible for entering all customer information into the database.
Compu-Star Computers is a local computer store that deals in computer sales, computer systems, servers, desktops, web design, network setup, computer repair, maintenance, contracts home & business repair service etc.
Overall I really enjoyed my work at Compu-Star it was a great introduction into the MIS classes that I took in the fall semester. I felt like I had an advantage going into my MIS classes because I knew the basics of the concepts we learned about.
