Temple Univeristy | Human Resource Management | Class of 2016

Academic Background

Laurel Senior High School

In the fall of 2008, I enrolled at Laurel High School in Princes Georges County, Maryland as a Pre-International Baccalaureate (IB) student. Through that program, I was placed in honors classes and pre-IB classes. It was in 11th grade when I transitioned from the IB Program to Advanced Placement classes and found my passion for business. Besides academics, I was involved in multiple sports such as soccer, indoor and outdoor track and field, and softball, and I was an active member of my Spanish Honors Society. I was a defender in my high school’s soccer and an outfielder on my softball team, where I was the captain for both sports.

Temple University

Fox School of Business

In the fall of 2012, I became a student of the Fox School of Business at Temple University. The university has over 300 clubs and organizations where students can become involved in just about every field of interest ranging from education, athletics, volunteerism, diversity, and more. Temple is a great school that ranges in diversity and strives for excellence. For that, I am proud for taking a wide range of business classes. I currently participate in a natural hair club, B.A.N.T.U and Society for Human Resource Management, Temple University chapter. You can find more information about my roles in these organizations by exploring the “Clubs and Organizations” menu page on the right.
