Shift Lead

During my 2 years (and ongoing) as a Shift Lead at Gong cha, I gained valuable experience in communication, both with colleagues and customers. I also earned the opportunity to develop my proficiency in Excel by creating a system to record and distribute daily tips based on staff schedules for management. This role helped me develop attention to detail, multitasking skills, customer service, and professionalism, all contributing to a positive customer experience that encouraged them to return.
