Association for Information Systems – Chair of Community Learning May 2020 – Present
- Organize and lead a team responsible for two community learning initiatives in the community surrounding Temple University.
- Lead an after-school coding club for middle school students at Duckrey Elementary School, virtually due to COVID-19.
- Instruct a no-credit course in the evening for adults in the community focusing on the fundamentals of JavaScript.
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia – Digital Asset Management System Intern December 2019-March 2020
- Define a method for efficiently tagging patients, family members, consent forms throughout many different shoots and photographers.
- Operate DAM software and Workamajig and be a part of the transfer and implementation of the new system.
- Develop thorough knowledge and comfortability regarding metadata and cloud computing.
Temple University Hospital – Student Worker December 2017-Present
- Conduct 40+ calls per hour reminding patients of their clinical appointments at the Temple Faculty Physicians office.
- Consult with patients to review appointment information and financial obligations and resolve any outstanding issues
- Coordinate an interpreter for non-English speaking patients to enhance patient relationships.
- Deliver paperwork to different departments within the hospital.
Gauze – International Research Intern May 2019-August 2019
- Organize and contribute research about medical facilities in Sweden, Argentina, and Benin.
- Input data into the software about contact information, specialists, payment plans, and many other aspects of each medical facility for customers to use in case of emergencies abroad.
- Present my research and compare the differences between healthcare in countries of different economic status globally.
