He also gave various insights on how organizations recruit data analysts. And what types of experience the candidates have and what percentage and code language they have experience in. The majority of the candidates have at least 3 years of experience within their respective coding languages. He also states that curiosity is more important than tools knowledge this helps organizations hire the best people because they would produce results 3x faster. He also shows that it is very important to keep people happy and they used information from KPN to figure out what is the best variety to keep specialists motivated while working.
