Professional skills – relating to my current work experience
This learning was about managing healthcare projects. My current work experience is working on a healthcare analytics team. Our objectives are to help healthcare companies see where they are losing money from insurance companies and help prevent issues from continuing. This learning helped with my understanding of how we should be managing our projects, and explained the difficulties that come with working with healthcare due to different restraints.
