Facility Monitor
In this position, I focused a lot on maintaining good relationships with fellow coworker as well as patrons who use fitness facilities. In maintaining these relationships, I was given the opportunity to practice communication in a professional setting, and apply to to situations that involve conflict management or delegating work. Additionally, I enforced rules and policies to patrons using campus fitness facilities. At one of the fitness facilities which is worked at, there is an online database system that is used to check keys and equipment in and out, in order to keep track items. This database system also allows us to have a record of whose TUID is connected to that particular key/piece of equipment, so that our professional staff can take appropriate action to recover those items.
