Technology Services Associate
As a Technology Services Associate, I diagnose and resolve technical issues related to printers, desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and network connectivity. In my role I collaborate with various teams, including video engineering, to provide technical support during game days. Other responsibilities include managing Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, and ensuring all devices are updated with the latest patches, updates, and scans. I also handle the inventory and deployment of devices, ensuring they are properly configured and ready for end-user use.
