IT Support Center Tech
During my time at Fulton Bank as an IT Support Center Technician Intern, I have learned many things and gained great experience to advance my career in tech. During this time I provided technical assistance and troubleshot hardware and software issues, responded to user inquires and delivered effective IT support solutions, documented service requests and resolutions within the company\’s ticketing system, contributed to process improvement initiatives. I was given real experience in a corporate environment to see how business operate on the day to day. I was also given great insight into cybersecurity and data governance for companies like banks while also being given first hand experience in a corporate structure with Salesforce, ticketing systems, Active Directory, Citrix, and many Cisco applications/software. I believe that this internship gave me an amazing opportunity to grow my career in IT and pursue my interests in cybersecurity and data.
