Personal Branding
I attended an event hosted by Blackstone Launchpad located in the lower level of the Student Center on November 1, 2018. Learning in-depth on how to brand yourself was extremely beneficial. I learned that it is crucial to pursue and maintain a “top of mind” status. A top of mind status refers to a personnel being first in people’s minds when thinking of who is able to provide a particular skill. The material in the presentation was helpful for my career because it reminds me to use my social media outlets as a way to brand myself.
