- As Learning Technology Specialist one of my main tasks was to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware through Freshdesk, obtaining an average help desk ticket response time of 12 minutes.
- Researched and developed a report on 3rd-party application constraints on implementing auto-login features to the networks computers, then gathered information from subject matter experts and stakeholders via Skype concerning auto-login features. Lastly I tested and installed auto-login capabilities on 50+ computers, all with success.
- Installation and auditing of new computers, printers, and projectors.
- Diagnosed and resolved a range of software, hardware, and connectivity issues on both Windows and Mac.
- Developing highly empathetic client relationships and delivering both exceptional customer and technical service.
- Wrote separate standard operating procedures for increasing speed on Windows, Mac, and iPads.
- Wrote separate standard operating procedures for teacher, students, and staff assistants on using a datasource for nursing students clinical times.
- Wrote a standard operating procedure on importing txt. files to Excel seperated by delimiters
What I Learned

I was able to expand my knowledge of IT architecture and command line troubleshooting; along with technical writing, customer service, and project management. I also learned methods for quickly resolving complex issues such as system crashes, network slowdowns, and connectivity problems.

- Used key internet marketing strategies to acquire and retain new clients through email campaigns by the use of Mailchimp, along with creating/editing lead content by publishing 3 articles and editing.
- Provided assistance in data analysis through Google Analytics.
What I learned
- Developing my writing and research skills alongside learning search-engine optimization techniques has honed my ability to research something fast and efficiently, resulting in quick troubleshooting.
