Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending Friday, November 21st
This week we focused on our change and communications management plan. We also worked on revising our deliverables and getting ready to finalize our project. This also includes making sure the BA’s are ready to present their final project. The team met with the BA’s twice this week. I was unable to attend Fridays meeting due to illness. We are looking forward to getting back from break and hitting the ground running as we wrap up our project.
