Drive Superior Customer Engagement with Microsoft D365 for Customer Service

In this webinar, I learned about services that can help businesses improve customer engagement and provide better customer service. The topics covered in this webinar were the features and benefits of D365 for customer service, best practices for implementing and using the platform, and how it can help businesses drive customer satisfaction and improve customer retention rates. This does not directly relate to my coursework or future career goals. Still, I believe it is essential to understand customer engagement to provide better services for the customers/clients. Learning about the latest technologies used in customer service can help me develop new skills that are in demand in the job market if I choose to explore that option.
