Fox School of Business Spring Connection (Virtual Career Fair)
I attended the Fox Spring Connection on Friday, February 18. I attended four 1-on-1 sessions and met with representatives from EY LLP, Grant Thornton, RSM US LLP, and Cargas Systems. Each representative taught me about their company, the tech-specific branch/department, and the typical daily responsibilities of interns in said departments. They also directed me to specific internship positions to apply for and gave me their emails/LinkedIns for me to contact with any questions.
Attending this career fair gave me a better understanding of MIS careers in companies that I otherwise would not have considered and might lead me to a future MIS-related internship (or at least help me in my search for one).
