Webinar: Heightened Visions: The Dynamic World of Drone Photography
This webinar was supported by temple and led by Chase Guttman, award-winning travel photographer and author of The Handbook of Drone Photography. This took place on February 5, 2019 and was a webinar I attended via computer in my own home. I learned a brief history of drones and what they exactly are classified as in many different environments. This included details for the safe flying along with how to use and the regulations of drone flying. Chris Guttman also went on to teach about the best ways to enhance your pictures taken with a drone, the ideal ways to center the image you want to photograph. This included photographing different textures and in different environments with changing weathers. I found this webinar very interesting because as an MIS major my future is in technology, and to see how people are using ever advancing technology such as drones in the everyday life is truly inspiring. I can use the information learned to have a deeper understanding of technological advancements as I pursue my future career goals and current courses in the MIS department.
