  • Designed and implemented rebranding strategies and educational tools to help student-athletes understand and pursue sponsorships, endorsements, and personal branding.

  • Partnered with OEF leadership and INM (marketing agency) to develop sponsor pipelines, identify new brand partnerships, and support ongoing negotiations.

  • Led group presentations and one-on-one education sessions, motivating peers and tailoring communication strategies to each team’s unique culture.

  • Conducted consistent needs assessments and feedback collection from athletes, synthesizing insights to align OEF programming with athlete expectations and university goals.

  • Coordinated and facilitated 9+ all-sport meetings annually, ensuring consistent athlete engagement and program development through community-building initiatives.
