SAP Change Management Intern
In the summer of 2022, I worked as SAP Change Management Intern at Oliver Healthcare Packaging. Some of the job functions included to create, update and test SAP ERP training courses. Additionally to work with business leaders and the project team to help deploy SAP ERP system to branches. I was tasked with multiple projects one of which was to create a database for content tracking and reference listing utilizing Microsoft Excel. I utilized many of the skills that I had learned from the different classes I had taken. Classes such as MIS 3535 gave me an idea of what a Change Management team and procedure might look like which was essential to my role, and Web Application Development gave me the initial skills I needed to get started.
