TRAC Associate
I have accepted a full-time position as a TRAC Associate at Marsh through their TRAC (Talent Recruitment Accelerated Careers) Program in their New York City office. The TRAC Program comprises two 12-month assignments designed to offer TRACs opportunities to engage with clients and the insurance markets in Client Management, Client Advisory, or Placement. These assignments enable TRAC associates to experience different risk practices and a variety of client industries.
I am an MIS and RMI double major; this position will allow me to utilize and expand my knowledge of the Property and Casualty space within Insurance Brokering. Data is becoming an increasingly important aspect of insurance, and the Placement rotation will require the use of analytics to evaluate client exposures. My MIS courses have provided me with exposure to multiple analytic software that will give me an advantage in the rotation.
