Director of Marketing
I’m the Director of Marketing for the Fashion & Business Professional Organization at Temple University, starting in Summer 2025. I lead our creative direction across all events and socials, designing marketing campaigns that reflect both our brand and our community. I manage a TikTok committee of 15 members which consist of organizing meetings, building a content calendar, and making sure our ideas actually come to life. Every week, I track analytics to see what performs best and adjust our strategy to reach the right audience. Between weekly e-board meetings that take place Wednesdays 3-5, design projects, and event prep, I’ve learned how to balance creativity with structure. This position has taught me what it really takes to manage a team, lead with vision, and build a consistent brand presence. I also am in a mentor program so I am a mentor to two mentees which I meet up with weekly and help with anything from school work to personal problems. It also connects directly to my marketing coursework and my career goals by helping me lead a team, while also having an insight of marketing from a B2C perspective. The analytical side is more directed towards my MIS major and helps support using that data in real experiences.
