My Experience:
I am currently employed in Valet Royal Parking, Philadelphia PA;
valet parking provides outstanding and excellent customer service for high ranking restaurants in center city Philadelphia. I learned these skills throughout my job at valet parking.
- providing professional service for high ranking people.
- solving problems efficiently and handling customer complaints.
- communicating with a diverse range of customers.
Community College of Philadelphia:
I worked for two years in the Welcome Center Admission Office in Community College of Philadelphia . During my job I obtained skills such as collaborating between departments to help resolve student issues properly and in a timely manner. I became apart of a team and acquired excellent communication skills.
7-eleven Convenience Store:
This was my first job working as sales associate. During that period, I obtained a variety of skills related to customer service. I became:
- part of a sales team handling all customer and business related issues in a busy and diverse retail store.
- performed responsibilities of answering/redirecting phone calls to proper personnel and responding to voicemails.
- Helped consumers with general promotions in store and all store products.
- tracked sales record for inventory purposes.
post graduation;
After graduation I would like to obtain my CPA (Certified Public Accounting) license and open my own firm. I plan to get more skills through an internship and courses I am taking at Temple University.
