Bakery Information Intern
In this position, I was hired to enter recipe information into a program called FlexiBake for a large-scale food market. After I entered the information, I pulled spreadsheets from within the program and used them to analyze margins for production of the baked goods. This information was used to emphasize products which were more valuable to the store. Overall, I learned the value of information for an organization, as well as how to properly clean and maintain a database and analyze outputs from it.
