I worked at Universal Health Services in King of Prussia, Pa from March 2010 – March 2013.
My responsibilities included:
Sr. Systems Engineer, IT Systems
- Served as subject matter expert on all Microsoft server Operating Systems.
- Traveled to company facilities throughout the U.S.A. to assist the collapse of 20 child domains into a single corporate domain.
- Leveraged expertise in I.T. Service Management (ITSM) and Global Services Resource Management (GSRM) to assist in the planning and development of a corporate documentation system.
