I registered and attended The Philadelphia Tech Summit @ Rittenhouse Hotel. I didn\’t think I had to submit it as an external event, but I don\’t see the points in my professional points total?

Is there a reason I haven’t been awarded points for this? I took a day off from work and ended up paying $34 for parking, just for 25 points.
