I have learn the understanding and functions of Zoom within this webinar, as the panelist discussion how Zoom is helping businesses communicate with each other. The panelist explained how the admins hosting the webinar through Zoom will have control over the scheduling the online meeting, features including polls, and chatrooms. The panelist then explain how Zoom is different from a traditional meeting, as geographic issues are eliminated through the web, and how it has every aspect of a traditional business meeting but it can be conducted in a large scale as it is virtual while the individuals attending can view the meeting live in a comfortable setting.
How does it relate to the coursework?
It relates to the MIS coursework since MIS is about how technology and IT can increase efficiency within business. With Zoom, it is a software that can enhance a business as improve communication internally and externally, since it help business conduct meetings more efficiently and communicate with customers and engaging with them.
