MS in Digital Marketing Hot Topics Series: AI and Healthcare Marketing

Taking advantage of this, I participated in an “AI Revolution in Healthcare Marketing: Opportunities and Challenges” panel discussion as part of the “MS in Digital Marketing Hot Topics” series offered by Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Evidently, this discussion included participation by top industry professionals, including Amy Turnquist: BIP & Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, Joyce Ercolino Archinow: Harmony Biosciences, Crispin Hallam: GSK, and Darshan Kulkarni: The Kulkarni Law Firm. The panel discussion addressed the topic “Artificial intelligence: The changing face of healthcare marketing today and into the future, leveraging insights and capabilities that transform the future of marketing through advanced data analytics, person-centric engagement, and predictive modeling technology.” As a member of this discussion, I learned how artificial intelligence can be leveraged to maximize marketing campaigns, influence the customer and professional communities toward a better experience, and make all operations even more efficient, all while remaining ethically compliant.
