Currently, I am the Treasurer for the student professional organization, the Association for Information Systems (AIS). In this role, I maintain reporting for external and internal organizational activities. Along with that responsibility, I track the organization’s financials ensuring the budget set at the beginning of the year is met accordingly. Frequently, I meet with the Vice-President to organize and document cash inflows and outflows. Another primary responsibility in the role is aiding the President and Vice-President in areas of the organization where additional assistance is needed.

Central Master Data Management and Operation Strategy Intern

May 2019 – August 2019

As a Central Master Data Management and Operations Strategy Intern, at B. Braun Medical Inc., I utilized MS Excel pivot tables to cross-reference data records from three databases and employed MS Power BI to visualize my findings. As a result, my team updated data for over 11,000 parts stored in the company’s central database to reflect accurate product compliance information. I also created, reconfigured, and updated department intranet pages. For this task, I would meet with stakeholders regarding their department page to understand their vision for the page’s layout and the message they wanted to convey. After I gathered this information, I would make the adjustments required to the stakeholder’s department page. Finally, when I was complete, I would meet again with the stakeholders to make sure my work met their expectations.

As a Server at Saucon Valley Country Club, I provided customer service to a 1,000+ member-exclusive country club. This experience opened my eyes to the importance of communication within a business to meet end-user needs. If there were any breakdown in the communication, the member’s expectations would not be met. Therefore, I ensured a clear understanding of the member’s requests and resolved these requests as quickly as possible. As a result, my supervisor would assign me to serve high-profile member tables.
