- I learned that Digital Assurance & Transparency is a a career in assurance that is a healthy balance between accounting and MIS. Having the knowledge of accounting allowed me to understand the language of the business itself as well as the operations of the business. Though, my MIS knowledge allowed me to understand the information system side of the business operations. This is definitely a career and environment that I can see myself thriving in. Even though I didn’t enjoy the training portion of my internship, I thoroughly enjoyed the client and team interactions and hands on experience.
