Internship Winter 2015/2016
The Spinrad Group asked me back for a second internship in the winter. I was promoted from Intern to Researcher/Recruiter.
Here are the responsibilities of my new internship:
- Researched and recruited potential candidates in the manufacturing industry
- Managed and updated Bullhorn daily
- Used and organized data through LinkedIn, Indeed, and Outlook to set up interviews with candidates
- Worked on multiple projects for the President of the company
- Worked on multiple projects for the Director of Recruiting
- Sourced new candidate pools for multiple jobs
- Created and maintained relationships with new and existing clients
- Maintained candidate files
