Temple University Computer Services, Phila., PA  – ECC Lab Consultant- September 2012-Present

• Provide technical assistance to faculty and students in computer lab with 64 PC’s, 27 Mac’s, six printers and other peripherals.
• Tracked electronic inventory and provide additional technical support to other schools within the campus.
• Assisted with installation of new software and the furnishing of new electronics.

Burlington Stores, Burlington, NJ-Merchandising intern– June 2014- August 2014

• Assist the intimates department with daily selling reports, purchase orders, shipping logs, and allocations
• Met with retail vendors to negotiate selling and shipping twice a week
• Compile data findings from competitive shopping on a daily basis
• Research potential new vendors and set up meetings with vendors weekly

Hikari Japanese Restaurant, Phila., PA  – Hostess/ Server- March 2011- Present

• Provide service to customers of a 28-seat restaurant specializing in Japanese cuisine.
• Manage the delivery and carry-out services of approximately 10-15 orders per night.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling orders and service in a timely manner.

Charming Shoppes, Bensalem, PA- Ecommerce Marketing Intern- May 2012- August 2012

• Photographed approximately 80 items of apparel that will be displayed online
• Updated the main marketing plan calendar and email schedules twice a week
• Provided assistance in the store closings of Fashion Bug in a two month period and the merging of maurices, dress barn, Justice, Lane Bryant, and Catherines
• Assisted a staff of 24 in the planning and organizing of the online brand websites

Urban League of Philadelphia, Phia., PA- Fiscal Intern- October 2008- December 2009

• Filed and labeled documents such as payroll and the organization’s expenses.
• Filed and deposited checks every week.
• Made copies of important documentations for the fiscal department.
