Community Service

Serving and giving back to the community has been one of my main responsibilities. I try to volunteer as much as possible with the different walks, my church, and special events in my community. Individually, I participate in the Aids Walk each year and I also volunteer at the Arthritis Foundation. As a team, my sorority Phi Sigma Sigma, raises money and volunteers for the National Kidney Foundation, Ruby Kid’s Foundation, Chosen 300 soup kitchens, Hurricane Sandy foundations and support, Tree House books which is an after school program, and the Breast Cancer Foundation. We also participated in walks to benefit finding cures for Leukemia and Alzheimer’s.
