I attended this webinar and learned more about PMI and Bessie Pescio and how during the pandemic the company was able to stay connected online. I thought this webinar really showed how smoothly the transition went for PMI during the pandemic and how the employees were still connected from home. I thought it was interesting that Bessie mentioned a lot of employees are more productive from home and they like working from home better. And now PMI is adapting to allow employees to stay at home if they wish. I have also seen the trend of more and more people working from home because of how much more freedom and time management it allows you.
