IT Business Analyst Intern
I worked as an IT Business Analyst Intern at Universal Health Services. During my internship, I assessed and analyzed data to compare the companies’ deployments to its entitlements. I assisted with reports to complete audits for uninstalling end users that no longer needed software. I advised end users in need of applications, of our standards and granted users access to software. I created an Application Catalogue to organize the use case and license requirements of applications. I also gained exposure to Security, Facility Readiness, Project Managers, and Desktop Support teams.
