JOB DESCRIPTION

Production support of CHOP’s HR Technology deployment including Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Reporting / Analytics and Integrations to other applications. Analysis, design, configuration, qualification, documentation and roll-out of expanded HR Technology capabilities to meet enterprise requirements. Assists in performing Business Requirements Analysis and composes clear, comprehensive Functional Specifications that are usable by our IS counterparts to enable new capabilities.

HOW IT RELATES

This role relates mainly to the MIS3506 and MIS3535 classes. Those courses taught me how to create business rules, communicate with stakeholders, and manage project and cutover plans, all of which I have been heavily involved in since starting my job.
