      1. My overall role was to assist the Technology Administration team with daily tasks and project work
      2. Daily tasks included:
        1. Completing TASKS regarding employee account status in ServiceNow
        2. Activated employee’s accounts in Epic
        3. Assist with team project work
        4. Create VMs in VMware and assist with UAT testing

      1. Call flow standarization
        1. Gathered data regarding current call center menus, utilization of call center software, and employee accounts
        2. Assisted in communication of deployment of new software

      1. During the course of this internship, I was able to use skills I learned in Digital Solutions Studio to act as a business analyst for the project I was assigned to. I also gained project management experience by working with the project management team within Information Services, as well as experience with virtual machines and active directories by working with Technology Administration. I’ll be able to use the things I used working with project management in the Leading Global Digital Projects and the skills gained working with Technology Administration in Enterprise IT Architecture.
