The Zombie Mud Run Company, Reading PA
I am currently an intern for The Zombie Mud Run Company, located in Reading, PA. I have many responsibilities through this internship. I monitor all of the social media for the company using Facebook and Twitter. I promote the company by creating contests, creating and monitoring facebook ads, and starting other promotional campaigns. I also answer emails and provide customer service. I attend pre-promotional events and oversee 1,000-3,000 people at each company event.
Rent The Runway College Program, Temple University
I am currently the Rent the Runway Social Media Representative for Temple University. For this internship, I am required to monitor and promote social media daily. Along with my team, I work to implement a stronger brand on Temple’s campus. I also help plan and execute major promotional events on campus each semester.
Hong Thanh Vietnamese Restaurant, Wyomissing PA
I have worked as a Hostess at Hong Thanh Vietnamese Restaurant from Fall 2012 to present. I am responsible for seating customers and handling customers’ needs. I promote good customer service and make sure that they have the best experience possible.
