* My Responsibilities
– As a technology intern at Robert J. Fitzmyer Company INC, my duties are to oversee and perform numerous technical and operational activities throughout the company, focusing primarily on Data Entry, Web Service, Customer communication, and summary of data. Using a Unix based order entry system, I record customer transactions, and include descriptions about pump model, brand, manufacture, price, service, etc. Using Excel, I perform data analysis techniques for the data collected during the week to detail customer buying patterns and preferences. At the end of week I submit my reports to management. Other work responsibilities include maintaining and updating the company website. Which includes handling the company’s web based advertising, and repairing broken links that may arise. I am also responsible for communicating and keeping customers updated with concerns that may arise. This includes responding to customer emails, and calls in a prompt and professional matter.
