Introduction to Social Media Strategy

This LinkedIn course was taught by Anke Audenaert, the CEO of an educational platform named Aptly. She is well-known in the Marketing Industry of her extensive experience in customer insight and market research. As an MIS student with a Minor in Marketing, I chose this course because it helped me become better at designing comprehensive marketing plans. I wanted to use more marketing tools to elevate my content and drive audience engagement as an aspiring content strategist.

The course expanded my understanding of social media marketing, such as identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate platforms, creating engaging content, and measuring performance in hope of gaining insights into crafting compelling messaging.  I also learned how to explore strategies for utilizing paid advertising community building to enhance overall social media presence alongside practices for monitoring and analyzing key metrics.
