As a Westin employee I am responsible for providing top-notch service to guests that are staying at our hotel. I am responsible for cash, credit payments, bank deposits and accounts payable. I assist about 500-1000 guests per week with reservations, luggage assistance, directions and recommendations. I work a variety of positions and am very flexible around the hotel.
As the director’s assistant at the Friendship Circle i’m responsible for coordinating daily activities for over 150 senior citizens. I teach computer class, serve meals, organize paperwork and am responsible for handling cash and credit payments. I also helped organize and coordinate an event called “members helping members” for over 300 senior citizens in the Delaware County and Philadelphia Area
