Client Services Consultant
As a Client Service Consultant, I provided digital marketing services to Electric Kite’s clients, assisting with marketing campaign management, customer relationship management, and sales. I learned and utilized HubSpot to manage client accounts, track KPIs, and conduct analyses on the efficacy of specific campaigns. In addition, I drafted digital marketing materials including ad copy, email newsletters, and social media posts. As the company rebranded to Electric Kite, I also provided support on developing the new website, creating media content, and sending out necessary communication.
