Chase Leadership Development Program
The Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is a two-year, full-time rotational program designed to develop future leaders within JPMorgan Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking businesses. The program provides analysts with the opportunity to rotate through three different eight-month assignments across areas such as Auto, Business Banking, Card Services, Consumer and Mortgage, Marketing & Communications, and Data & Analytics. Each rotation is structured to deliver hands-on experience with high-impact projects, leadership development training, and mentorship opportunities that build a strong foundation for long-term success at the firm.
As I pursue my full-time offer, I am especially interested in rotations within Data & Analytics across Consumer and Business Banking. My internship experience in Finance Data & Insights has reinforced my passion for leveraging data to drive business strategy, improve customer experiences, and strengthen operational efficiency. By rotating in these areas, I aim to further build technical expertise, develop a broader understanding of the firm’s businesses, and position myself to contribute meaningful insights that help JPMorgan Chase achieve its strategic goals.
