Interests
College is a very busy time in a students life. Most of my time is dedicated to trying to succeed in all of my classes and get a great education; but when I do have spare time I like to enjoy myself through various activities.
Sports
Ever since I was young, sports has always had my fascination. Growing up, whenever I wasn’t in school I was playing sports. I competitively played baseball, basketball, soccer, and tennis. My highest recognition came through where I was the team captain and received All -Catholic achievement twice and made it to the state playoffs twice. Besides playing sports, watching also grabs my interests. I am a diehard fan of all four of the major professional sports teams in Philly. I almost always have a Flyers/Phillies/Sixers games on while I am doing my homework. Go Phils!
The Stock Market
The stock market has always caught my interest since I’ve started my college career. I have learned quite a bit about the market through the finances classes I have taken thus far. Several formulas on how to indicate a companies’ success, how to read financial statements, and different types of markets are just a few things I have gained. My knowledge of the stock market has lead my portfolio to a 10% return thus far.
