Team Manager
I had the pleasure of becoming a manager at Jump Star, located at the Plymouth Meeting Mall. Jump Star provides a variety of family entertainment services that create a special atmosphere at the mall. As a manager, I had to communicate daily with the team members to ensure availability, checking equipment and machines and of course engaging in sales to reach the business goals. Some of the roles include hosting 400+ families a week, making schedules, basic POS usability, and the list goes on. One of the most important things I learned as a manager, is good planning as we had many planned events in the business, and excellent communication to ensure smooth customer service. I had a lot to learn but I am and will always be grateful for Robby, the owner, for all the guidance and help that was given.
