Infrastructure activities included hosting, connectivity, client computing, access management, IT security and facilities infrastructure. The business development initiatives encompassed acquisitions of companies, sites or products, external collaborations and divestitures of products, sites or business lines. Served on the Infrastructure Leadership Team driving the overall technology infrastructure strategy for Pfizer.
Director Business Technology: External Labor Supply Strategy
Spearheaded the program to redesign the global labor supply strategy, focusing on high quality technology partnerships, optimization of variable cost structures and producing financial results. Partnered to deliver labor utilization optimization to drive volume to advantageous commercial models, enable standardization, and improve overall service.
Senior Engagement Partner: Global Business Technology
Transformed the infrastructure delivery partnership which supported various business solution teams including Finance, Facilities Management, Human Resources, Corporate Functions, and Shared Services, ensuring strategic business alignment, communications and coordination. Served on the business solutions leadership teams, developing strategies to deploy technologies, improve service, lower costs and mitigate risk via appropriate application of shared technology services.
Senior Director, Global Information Services Finance
Headed the global finance team in support of the Information Services organization, encompassing multiple international affiliates. Manage all aspects of the annual business plan, financial reporting, forecasting and portfolio management, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals. Serve as member of the Information Services Executive Leadership Team including facilitating the global leadership conferences. Partner with technology and business leaders in the development of strategy and guiding the deployment of technology solutions.
