Interests & Activities
Sports: Growing up, I was raised an avid sports fan. My father is from the Pittsburgh area, so naturally I was born a fan of the Pittsburgh sports teams: The Pirates, Penguins, and Steelers. Living in Philadelphia during hockey season is not always fun due to the Philadelphia/Pittsburgh rivalry. However, I will still root for my team whenever I get the chance.
Music: I find myself looking up to musicians more than anybody else. The ones I respect and look up to the most are David Gilmour, John Frusciante, Josh Homme, Trent Reznor, and Kanye West. I find their ability to push boundaries and consistently innovate their sound while remaining extremely passionate about what they do something to admire. Their work inspires me to put everything I can into my work, making it the best I can with the tools I have available, even if I am not making music. I believe that passion and innovation is something to be valued in the business world.
Reading: At all times of the year you can find me working on finishing a book, whether it be non-fiction, sci-fi, horror, fantasy, or a literary classic. I love getting lost in a book’s unique world and connecting with fictional characters that you could imagine being real. Some of my favorite authors are Stephen King, Joseph Heller, Kurt Vonnegut, Chuck Palahniuk, Charles Bukowski, and Hunter S. Thompson.
