We discussed how some employees and clients are resistant to change and some push for it. Regardless, the industry is rapidly changing and if people want to keep up they have to adapt to the change and constantly be learning and adjusting. This ranges from small businesses to large corporations and affects everyone in IT and around it. This relates to MIS directly since change is a huge factor in what MIS professionals hope to achieve.
