Temple University NBC Universal Analytics Challenge
Describe the challenge/competition
My team and I placed third in the Temple University NBC Universal Analytics Challenge. We worked with the AmeriourceBergen data set to find drug leakage and offer business solutions on how to eliminate the leakage. We then took that information and made it into a visualization that we got to present to a panel of industry judges. I enjoyed getting the opportunity to work with a large data set and generate insights from it. This challenge closely aligned with my Data Analytics coursework and it was rewarding to apply the principles i learned in class to a real world problem. This challenge has affirmed my decision to pursue a career in data analytics.
