As a prospering digital marketer, I understand the importance of customer service, as poor handling of customer issues can lead to negative costs for organizations. This course focuses on equipping employees with critical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills necessary to address various customer service problems effectively. I have learned how to maintain positive relationships with customers and manage complaints. Additionally, the course covers identifying and resolving larger systemic issues within a company. Through this, I have learned how to manage invalid complaints, understand the importance of active listening, and know how to handle rude customers professionally.
