NBCUniversal – Media Tech Intern
June 2019 – August 2019
For the summer I had the opportunity of joining NBCUniversal’s TV Entertainment and Global Distribution Team as a Marketing Information Technology Intern. I assisted in the launch of NBCU’s POP, Promo Optimization Platform, with several NBCU Brands. I would assist with demoing the platform to representatives from each brand. I would then document the POP users’ experiences with the platform in order to reveal common occurrences. Afterwards I would document marketing processes and training guides for the NBCU Marketing Help Center. My responsibilities also including pulling reports from TiVo at request for NBCUniversal employees who wanted to see the effectiveness of priority campaigns or to assist in the development of POP. I was also given the creative freedom to design and create several graphics to convey different POP and FreeWheel concepts.
Babysitting/Care Taker of Multiple Families
June 2010 – June 2019
I consistently began babysitting and taking care of children around the age of 11 or 12. I started out by just babysitting family members, but eventually I would become a care taker for multiple families. When I am on duty I make sure to maintain the health and well-being of children from newborn to teenagers by providing meals, assisted with hygiene such as, bathing, changing diapers, and potty training, and followed regular routines for sleeping schedules. Since I first started I have established many positive relationships with the children I worked with by designing creative games and activities along with motivating, providing encouragement, and constantly offering emotional support. I also promote education by creating and designing lesson plans and working with the children of various ages. I also established skills when dealing with children with special needs and created mathematics and English lesion plans specifically for those with special needs. This type of work really required patience and helped develop that attribute as one of my most helpful skills that I use everywhere.

I participated in a career ready internship designed to provide exposure and experience to a corporate business setting. During the two month internship I shadowed a director at technology while learning about the operation of the business.
